Working Groups 2026 / 2027

What’s Changed and What’s Already Happening?

At the Triathlon Industry Conference, we introduced a new Working Group structure for 2026 – designed to turn insight into action and ensure member-led progress across the triathlon industry. Since then, several projects are already being discussed or further scoped, and overall interest has been strong.

Below is a recap of the Working Groups and their purpose, TIA = Triathlon Industry Alliance & RIA = Running Industry Alliance

Get Involved – Lead, Join or Propose a Working Group

To maintain the momentum built through TIA activity and the Triathlon Industry Conference, TIA is now inviting members to apply to:

  • Lead a Working Group

  • Join an existing Working Group

  • Propose and lead a new Working Group where there is a clear opportunity or unmet need beyond those already established

This next phase is an opportunity for members to play an active role in shaping real, practical outcomes for the triathlon industry and to help deliver TIA’s shared mission > together.

Working Groups will provide a platform for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, innovation and action, ensuring that the priorities and expertise of members help shape a stronger, more connected and future-facing triathlon industry.
